The company is located in Zhangjiawan Industrial Zone, Tongzhou District, Beijing, adjacent to East Sixth Ring Road (Tuqiao Exit) and National Highway 103, enjoying convenient transportation. The company covers a land area of 16,650 square meters and a floor area of 14,430 square meters with the production and service capacity of the annual output of more than RMB 300 million. In accordance with GB/T19001 idt ISO9001 quality management system standards, the company has set up effective quality assurance system and developed a full set of quality control documents and operation documents covering the steps of R&D, design, manufacture, installation and service. At present, the company has the automatic supporting unit formed by 58-station EM 2510M2 servo motor driven turret CNC punch press +MP2512L CNC automatic stacking system (sheet feeder), and 58-station AE 2510NT servo motor driven turret CNC punch press made by the original manufacturer of AMADA Co., Ltd., Japan; high-precision HFE-M2 CNC bending machine and under-acting RG-M2 CNC bending machine made by the original French manufacturer; MC-50 CNC bus bar punching unit and MZ-40 CNC bus bar bending unit by Jiangsu Jinfangyuan CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd; MS8 CNC guillotine shear and J21S-63 deep-neck press by Yangli Group; SJW303 three-point CNC bus bar pressing machines from Kunming Switchgear Corporation and full sets of high and low-voltage detectors.
